location is good
great location friendly staff limited variety insufficient heat
the location is great literally across from the tube station. several places to eat are easily accessible nearby. the staff is friendly and helpful.
the restaurant had limited variety. i thought there could be more options besides pizza and salad. also the air conditioner did not provide enough heat.

dirty bathroom hard bed
the location was good , being close to transport links.
the room wasn't as clean as i'd hoped. i found some hairs in the bathroom upon arrival and the floor didn't seem to have been properly vacuumed. the bed was also quite hard , it gave me some back pain during the nights.

a decent stay overall
convenient location attentive staff nice breakfast usb port cheap towel slow lift
the location was convenient. i found a supermarket right outside. breakfast included plenty of options, great. the staff were attentive to my needs.
there were no usb ports in the room. the bathroom towels felt cheap. the lifts were slow, so it took some time to go anywhere.

the location is excellent with tube access directly outside. the bed was very comfortable. i found most staff members friendly. they were helpful, and accommodating.
I noticed the draining of the sink was very slow. That was a very minor inconvenience.

The room was very clean, and the amenities felt new. the shower had good pressure. I enjoyed the complimentary toiletries. the room included a modern television with several channels.

the breakfast buffet had a varied selection of hot and cold items, including pastries and fruit. the bar offered pizza and spanish beer, mahou. the lobby cafe and bar provided a relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel is directly next to the canning town station. Access to the jubilee line is immediate. the staff at the front desk offered very useful information. the location allows quick, easy access to central areas.

Wonderful Moments Near the Arena
convenient location friendly staff extra pillows
I appreciated the very convenient location. It was close to the tube station across the road. The staff were very friendly. the check in was easy. Extra pillows in the room was a plus.
I found that the bed was too hard for my taste, it made for an uncomfortable nights rest.

The bar stayed open until 2 am on Saturday, a detail I appreciated. Refilling water bottles or getting a glass of water was easy. These thoughtful touches make a difference.
