broken air conditioningunresponsive staff
the supposed five-star rating felt generous, i gotta say. the air conditioning wasn't working properly, which really sucked. and the staff, well, they didn't seem to follow through on requests. i asked for ice, it never arrived. it felt more like a standard hotel that wasn't worth the money.

The reception staff were SO NICE and helpful. They gave GREAT advice on exploring. I had a baby cot ready in my room. IT WAS fantastic to have such a comfortable space.
The cleaning was RANDOM I wish it was more consistent. I really needed hot water in the shower one day, but THERE wasn't any.

the room had a very clean appearance. it was also put together nicely. stefan kindly stored our bags while we explored the area. he later carried our bags to our room.
the breakfast tables were not cleaned properly. the hotel brought the wrong order twice after a long wait. i found pieces of eggshell in my breakfast.

i stayed in a beautiful double or twin room. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. there was daily cleaning and large, comfortable beds.
the television in the room was quite old, though it still worked ok.
