tea facilities modern shower good terrace

I stayed in the Classic Double or Twin Room. The room included tea making facilities! The modern shower room had both shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast featured a good terrace.

The hotel had no designated place to drop off luggage. It posed a challenge.

nice visit

cozy hotel cute staff excellent service

I chose this boutique hotel based on reviews, first time to the place. it was what i was looking for and what i expected. the staff was cute and kind. They helped with restaurants and directions. i did walk to a nearby grocery store to purchase instant coffee to enjoy in my room. the coffee and service in the breakfast room were excellent!

the room was a bit too warm for me! though the window opened so that helped.

the location was surprisingly fabulous for walking to the vibrant city. everything you might want to visit is walkable and if you don't want to walk, there are metro stations and trams within a five minute walk.

the staff are amazing, so professional and helpful, i found the staff efficient. smooth check in and check out was easy. staff like ylenia and laura and maria.

Breakfast, while tight for space at busy times, was an excellent spread with a huge variety on offer. there is a newer elevator available to access the rooms easily. That was very helpful for luggage transport.

Acceptable Stay With Disappointing Aspects

plexiglass doors flimsy door

The location proves convenient for my brief stay.

I did find several issues in my room. The shower featured cheap plexiglass doors that reminded more of a youth hostel than a boutique hotel. the door to the room was flimsy, so I heard noises whenever people passed by the hallway.

excellent stay, central location

helpful staff fresh mushrooms beautiful decoration

the reception staff helped me find a shop for a replacement suitcase. the breakfast staff was great, offering excellent coffee and eggs with fresh mushrooms. the room met every need and featured beautiful decoration.

the parking situation presented a challenge, as i needed to park in a separate building with a fee.
