the staff at the front desk was really good, they readily provided clear directions and great local suggestions. i appreciated that the breakfast room staff made hot oatmeal for me, even if it wasn't on the regular menu. i also found the location very convenient, being just a short walk from many restaurants and shops.

The location was acceptable. It was close enough to some attractions.

The noise from the trams was a real issue. I could feel the vibrations in my room. the staff seemed unconcerned when i mentioned it. They didn't really offer any solutions. the breakfast wasn't included, which reminded me of a rip-off considering the room price.
