Residenze della Città offers 31 modern apartments. Choose from studio or two-room apartments, each featuring a kitchenette, microwave, and induction hob. All rooms include modern furnishings, air conditioning, and daily cleaning. The apartments come equipped with a coffee machine, biscuits, and a Smeg refrigerator stocked with chilled mineral water. Bathrooms provide complimentary toiletries. Each room offers an LCD TV with Sky channels and Wi-Fi.

Leisure and Fitness

Guests have access to a fitness center with Technogym equipment within an 80-square-metre space, alongside an LCD TV, radio, and CD/MP3 player. A spacious terrace overlooks Milan's rooftops. Indulge in a cocktail selected by Patrick Pistolesi within your apartment, accompanied by a welcome snack and a Happy Starting Kit that includes two NIO cocktails. The residence welcomes pets with services such as a disposable placemat.

Residenza delle Città is located near Stazione Centrale, Milan's main railway hub. The residence is a short walk from Corso Buenos Aires, Europe's largest shopping street. The M2 line metro station connects to the Business District in Piazza Gae Aulenti. Shuttle service to Central Station is available. The M1-M2-M3 underground stations are a few minutes away. From motorway A8 and A9, take the MILANO VIALE CERTOSA exit and follow Viale Certosa. Follow the street until it meets Viale Lunigiana, then take the third street on the right after the underpass - Via M. Macchi.

Services and Amenities

This residence provides a welcome service upon arrival. The reception is open Monday to Friday. Amenities include wireless internet and concierge services.
