The hotel provided a comfortable stay with a queen size bed in the creator letto queen size coworking gratuito room. the included coworking space was convenient, and i used it for a couple of hours (it was well-equipped!). i found the staff responsive to requests. They promptly provided extra towels when asked.
i found the bathroom bin was not emptied upon my arrival. this oversight created an initial negative impression (but the rest of the room was immaculate). i mentioned this and it was dealt with immediately, to be fair.

I found the complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival to be a very welcome touch. The room was nice and neat.. a great value for the money. They stored my bags for free after checkout, which allowed me one last tour before my flight.
The air conditioning was not very effective, so the room was a little too warm.

The staff were super polite and helpful , always ready to assist with a smile. i found the location excellent. It was very safe and close to the metro. breakfast offered plentiful and fresh options. i also appreciated the free drinks and snacks in the room. Such a nice touch.

I found the breakfast delicious. It includes several vegan options I appreciate a lot. the location is convenient with great communication and a nice neighborhood, I enjoyed the area. There is a nice courtyard to unwind or have breakfast in a relaxing atmosphere.
The gym is small. There are only some light weights, one bench, and a pull-up bar. The treadmill changes incline randomly and often crashes.

The room was really small, it felt claustrophobic. the breakfast was nothing to write home about. I think they served everything in paper cups. also, the window in the room was tiny and didn't open properly, so the ventilation was pretty poor
