The hotel's location is IDEAL, directly across from the main train station. Many cafes and restaurants are located nearby. The staff answered all questions helpfully.
The shower's water temperature fluctuated rapidly, going from hot to cold every few seconds. The pillows provided were very thin. I found it difficult to get warm enough in the room, even with the a/c running.

The hotel's location was convenient, just across from the central station. it made getting around the city and to the airport straightforward. the room was clean and the staff at the reception desk were helpful. i appreciated their assistance with storing my luggage after checkout. They were very accommodating.
I found the shower setup somewhat inconvenient. It only had a curtain separating it from the rest of the room. this made the bathroom floor wet after each shower. providing a proper glass screen would improve this issue.

The hotel's location across from the central station made arrival simple. My room was very clean and modern. The responsiveness of the staff was also a plus. An upgrade to a room with a nice balcony added extra value.
Pillows were quite flat. I needed to request an extra one.

The staff efficiently brought a steamer and additional pillows upon request. Early check-in was accommodated with ease. I was allowed into my room before the scheduled time, which I found particularly helpful. The housekeeper was kind too.
