the staff was friendly. i appreciated the onsite restaurant with excellent food. the location to the airport was also good. there was a convenient airport shuttle.

the curtains were thin and the road outside was really noisy. i could not control the heat in my room. the hotel offers parking, but some is on grass with a very uneven surface.

the hotel is very close to gatwick airport. a shuttle is available on the hotel, a really helpful service. the staff did everything to ensure i was comfortable , i really appreciate that. i will definitely consider staying here again in the future, i recommend it.

i found that the staircase was quite narrow when going up to the room. it was a bit difficult with my luggage.

The room was small and felt quite cramped. i found the bed to be very uncomfortable. The mattress was lumpy. also, the noise from nearby traffic made it difficult to sleep. it seems some soundproofing is needed.
