surprised by service!
helpful staff room upgrade great selection
the staff were really helpful, especially Rajat, he was very friendly. i got upgraded, i found it a lovely surprise. the breakfast was also good, it had a great selection.
the pillows felt very flat, but otherwise the room was fine.

the location is really central to everything, it made going out easy. the beach is nearby, as are shops, it was good for exploring the area without long travel. i had no problems to get to the city center.

breakfast had hot and cold options, i ate a lot. there was a wide range of choices and plenty to pick from. the dining area was clean and well kept, and staff were very attentive there.

the hotel provided free parking, it saved me money. the reception area was clean and cute, a good first impression. the rooms had basic facilities that all worked well for me.

elegant design cute staff convenient bus
i appreciated the elegant design of the place from the outside. the reception staff was very cute. i found a bus stop only two minutes from the hotel, it was super convenient.
the tv picture sometimes went out. it happened several times in short intervals.

somewhat outdated facilities
small shower stained curtains
the location was acceptable.
The bathroom felt very cramped. The shower was so small. also, the cleanliness left much to be desired. I noticed some stains on the curtains and carpet. the room became uncomfortably warm, and the fan did not work. there were only a few small and one large towels for two people.

friendly staff helpful staff member good service noisy lift malfunctioning door inconvenient location
I appreciated the friendly staff at the bar in the evening. The staff member from Venezuela helped me a lot. He provided a fan because it was hot. I was grateful, as there was no air conditioning.
The room was next to the lift. This made it very noisy due to the machinery and the elevator door. The bathroom door did not close properly. There was a 3cm gap, not ideal.

the hotel offered a good breakfast with several choices. the location was close to the beach.
The lift was quite small. Only one person with luggage could fit AT a time.

The room included tea and coffee making facilities. I found a hair dryer and iron with an ironing board. The provided TV added convenience to my stay.
