i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the hotel features a well-equipped leisure area with several games. i especially liked the entertainment in the evenings with different musical bands. the hotel also offers many free parking spaces around the building accessible via a one-way system

i found good rates alongside a very pleasant room. the bathroom was especially beautiful, a real highlight. parking was also easy, a definite plus when traveling. the rest of the hotel was really nice and suited my needs well.
the bed and pillows really need updating, i found them quite uncomfortable. this affected my sleep quality. it is something that could make a big difference to future guests.

the indoor swimming pool was clean and well kept to use. i noticed that the hotel features ball rooms suitable for larger events up to 450 people. despite this, the environment remained peaceful and quiet.

the staff were lovely and very helpful . i saw staff move a guest downstairs when they realised that the guest was disabled and could not manage the stairs. the team was efficient and friendly, a real asset.

the swimming pool was a treat, i went for a dip on monday evening and practically had the whole place to myself (it closes quite late!). breakfast exceeded my expectations (the pastries were amazing!). the staff at the bar were helpful with drink recommendations. also, i found the free parking convenient because the one-way system neatly loops around the building, offering ample spaces.
the room lacked sufficient plug sockets (only one accessible), it was quite inconvenient for charging multiple devices.

the hotel features a well-equipped leisure and games area, great for unwinding or some friendly competition and i found it a good bonus to my stay. the indoor pool also looked very clean and inviting wanting a refreshing swim.
