blackout curtains amazing shower spacious room
i found the king room larger than expected. the blackout curtains made sure it was dark. the rain shower was amazing, it felt so luxurious.
the minibar was absent, i was a bit disappointed.

quick access comfortable stay attentive staff
The location provides quick access to aldgate station. It is very convenient. my room had plentiful space, proving a comfortable stay. i found the staff attentive and very helpful. They ensured a nice experience. they even secured my husband's wedding ring after he forgot it.
The air conditioning did stop working overnight. It became unbearably hot in the room

the room provided a king bed, a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks, and a coffee machine. the bathroom included a rainfall shower, ample towels, and toiletries, a very welcome comfort after a long day. i liked the room layout.

the hotel is near aldgate station, very convenient for accessing various areas. leicester square is about 20 minutes away, and london euston train station is 30 minutes away using public transport. the tower is also nearby

i experienced friendly staff throughout the hotel, very dedicated to. the breakfast offered numerous options, including hot dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit. i found the concierge helpful in arranging transportation.

Really good Service and Prime Location
quick check-in welcome drink local exploration
The staff provided amazing service and attention to detail. I received a quick check-in and a welcome drink upon arrival. The fitness center had bikes available for local exploration. Room service arrived quickly and the food tasted great.
I noticed the absence of a concierge upon arrival, making it difficult to manage luggage.

The room included thoughtful details like USB ports and high-speed Wi-Fi. Large windows provided plentiful natural light and fresh modern decor covered the room. Housekeeping kept everything super clean and well-stocked .

The lobby has a fantastic area to grab a coffee or enjoy a meal. Breakfast at the restaurant offered fresh, healthy options. A chef prepared custom omelets on request, a great plus.

Excellent Stay
modern cleanliness convenient location spacious room
I appreciated the hotel's modern cleanliness. The location near Aldgate and Tower Hill tube stations was convenient. Devika made my 30th birthday special with a king room upgrade. The room was spacious. I would definitely stay here again.
Upon arrival, I encountered a lack of concierge service. I had to handle luggage, and the reception staff was not helpful with directions. This was inconvenient for my mother, who has a knee injury.

I was very happy with the room I received. It was a King Room. The room was super clean and looked well kept, showing the hotel has great standards for their accommodations. All in all, I was able to experience a restful night of sleep.

The breakfast provided a buffet-style service on the weekend. The food selection was diverse and suited many tastes, ensuring there was something for everyone. I found that the staff was attentive and maintained the area well.

a decent stay
welcome drink comfy bed quiet room great location bathroom products no concierge no room service luggage scale
the staff were cute helpful and friendly i received free drink vouchers while i waited for a short delay at check-in the room was immaculate upon arrival the bed was really comfy i slept really well. the hotel was in a great location for a weekend trip it was lovely and quiet. i was provided with bathroom products towels and coffee or tea for the morning.
there was no concierge when i arrived i had to drag my luggage after a long flight the man at the reception was not helpful when i asked about directions and metro advice. i had to explore the area myself because he was not interested in helping me. they don't have room service so when i needed a scale to check my luggage weight they told me the receptionist will have to bring it.
