the location offered easy access to public transport. i loved the river views from the bar and reception area. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices (i especially enjoyed the pastries!), and the room met high standards of cleanliness.

My room was spacious and tidy. It suited my needs perfectly. The check-in process flowed SO smoothly, and the team was very efficient. I found the overall cleanliness of the hotel to be commendable, always a huge PLUS for me.
The fridge in my room did not seem cold enough to properly chill my drinks.

The hotel location was very good for access to excel. the room itself was nice and modern, i had a room with two oversized single beds. the beds were comfortable. i had a really comfortable night's sleep. It was one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in.
the room service had limited choice on late arrival. they only offered pizza! the bar staff could not make a bloody mary. the taste of coffee from machines cannot be matched by freshly brewed coffee.
