sweet getaway
king bed amazing comfort coffee maker clean bathroom
I received a king room. It was beautifully arranged! the king bed offered amazing comfort. a coffee maker inside meant hot drinks anytime, a wonderful addition. the bathroom felt clean, really adding to the overall quality.
I noticed the corridors carpet colors are dark. It gives a dull feel.

Really good Stay!!!
huge bed lovely room excellent facilities
The hotel boasts a great location near bus and underground lines. Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market are just minutes away. I found the room surprisingly comfy and quiet. It had excellent facilities.
I found the room a bit dark. I was unable to open the window, which I consider an inconvenience.

The breakfast offered a plentiful selection of choices. I observed that it included classic English breakfast items and gluten-free options. The rooftop bar was also nice and relaxing, in my opinion.

The hotel had neat staff, who are polite and helpful. I used the self-service check-in, and an employee showed me what to press on the screen. I could walk to Tower Bridge and Borough Market.

poor soundproofing constant sirens
My stay had a couple of major issues. first, the air conditioning barely worked. I spent a terribly uncomfortable night despite reporting it. then, i found the lack of proper soundproofing frustrating. street noise poured in all night long. the area felt dodgy. plus, the constant sirens and general hubbub ruined any chance of restful sleep.

Excellent Stay for City Exploration
perfect location helpful staff spacious room
the location was perfect. I found many restaurants within walking distance. the staff was kind and helpful, i especially appreciated their attention to detail. i had a spacious room that was very quiet.
i found the corridor carpets a very dark colour, and this gave a dull impression.

stocked minibar street noise
My recent visit began promising. The location was fine, a short walk to the tube. I was excited. But the minibar wasn't stocked. I expected more for the price. the noise from the street at night was awful. Sleep was difficult. I found myself regretting this choice.

crashing system uninterested staff
I was really annoyed. the self check-in was a complete disaster. the system crashed repeatedly, and the staff seemed totally uninterested in helping. it was frustrating. also, the promised rooftop bar was a joke. Kids aren't allowed after 8 pm because of 'health and safety issues'. it's ridiculous!!!

clean room good size limited options bad coffee
the room was clean, it has a good size. it also had everything i needed . the underground stations nearby makes traveling easier.
the breakfast options for vegetarians were very limited. the coffee at breakfast tasted more like water than coffee, which wasn't ideal.
