The beautiful decor, especially the grand dining hall, really impressed me. i found the indian themes throughout the hotel very tasteful. the room was larger than expected, very comfortable, and clean. the complimentary mini bar was also a nice touch. I used that a lot!!!

I had an issue with the shower. I couldn't use the overhead version, but i managed ok with the hose version.

The room service menu lacked variety! I also found the minibar contents quite limited. It seemed strange to only have soft drinks when I paid so much per night. Breakfast offered a limited buffet. I expected more options, especially considering the price! The absence of a manager to address concerns immediately was frustrating.

the room was very clean and spacious i found the bed comfortable it ensured restful nights i appreciated the large windows that allowed plenty of natural light into the room. i found the bathroom well-appointed with modern fixtures it provided a refreshing and convenient experience. i thought the location excellent for exploring nearby attractions.

i noticed the furniture in the room was somewhat aged it showed signs of wear and tear which slightly detracted from the overall impression of the room i hope they refresh these items soon.

my room featured ample space and was impeccably clean i found the bed comfortable guaranteeing restful sleep the bathroom included modern fixtures it provided a pleasant space. the natural light enhanced the ambiance.

i used the on-site gym it provided a good range of equipment for a complete workout the restaurant provided both indian and british selections i found the dining experience convenient and the variety appealing. the hotel's proximity to tower bridge was useful.
