The staff were helpful in many ways. the hotel is close to tower bridge and leadenhall market. This was very convenient. the hotel also has its own restaurant.

the bathroom lacked hangers for hand towels, a bit inconvenient. the cleaning crew was also sloppy, they did not leave hand soap. the second room i stayed in was loud, sleep was impossible after 7am.

The hotel's proximity to London Bridge was convenient. The room upgrade and surprise birthday treat for my partner added a personal touch to the visit, it was unexpected. I also received a complimentary rubber duck, it was a charming extra.

i found apex hotels to be awesome. there were free cookies available in my room. the staff was cute. the location seemed very walkable. i really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere.

the gym needs better maintenance as some equipment was broken. i noticed two treadmills were out of order. also, the rowing machine was not working. anti-bac wipes to clean equipment were empty, inconvenient.
