Wonderful stay near the Tower
ample spaceconvenient location
The family room offered ample space. It had both a double bed and a sofa bed, what was very convenient. The location was very close to Tower Hill tube station! and various historical sites, WHAT was a bonus.

i found the hotel close to restaurants and tower bridge. travel was easy with the tube and bus tours nearby. i was able to leave my bags with concierge before check in and after check out, it helped make the most of my day. the staff were very friendly and helpful .
there was a bit of a queue at check-in, though the welcome from the man on reception was nice (it was quite busy).

the hotel has a bar overlooking tower bridge (it provided a nice view). concierge services are available for luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, and it made my travel more convenient.

the air conditioning in the room did not perform well. i requested a fan, but it took three days to receive it. i also had to ask multiple times for shampoo refills from housekeeping.
