I found the location very useful. It is handy for local activities. It links to travel for central and luton. I loved getting dressing gowns and slippers. The coffee machines made it good.
I booked an executive king room. The room description mentioned 'soundproofing'. I was in a family room with a separate party in the adjoining room. Loud music woke us at 4:30.

the concierge was quite good and met my needs.
i had booked a room for my family, but it need some tlc. the bathroom had a chip in the bath and cracked tiles. also, the gym equipment seemed very old. the spa staff did not immediately give larger robes when i asked.

The room provided a good space. The cleaning service was quite thorough . Staff provided friendly service and resolved my requests quickly. The location was very convenient with easy access to multiple transportation options.
The hotel's decor needs some updates. I saw chipped paint in the hallways. This gives the impression that the hotel needs a refresh.

really good breakfastfuzzy tvroom inconvenience
The breakfast had much choice and was really good. I especially liked the attentiveness from the staff.
The TV in the room kept going all fuzzy. Maintenance came twice, and I told them what the problem was, but they ignored me. I had to move rooms. This was a big inconvenience. The TV channels in the other room kept going fuzzy too.
