The location next to Tower Hill station MET expectations.

The room was small. The bathroom felt very exposed since it lacked proper walls, more like just a shell. the sink in the room had a HORRIBLE smell. It was quite off-putting

the room was very clean the bed was comfortable the location was great it was right next to the station from there i reached every destination easily the hotel decoration was nice the room was comfortable i love the style the staff vibe and the location i would stay there again and recommend it to others

The location was GREAT. It was super close to public transport. The staff were helpful. They assisted me with my luggage storage. The room had modern technology. The tablet controlled everything. IT WAS excellent.

The bathroom felt small. There was VERY limited space. The bed was right against the window. This made cleaning difficult. This was inconvenient because I prefer stairs.

the digital experience is super streamlined. the location rocks being so close to the underground. i enjoyed the cocktail bar so much with its unbelievable views. the staff showed real kindness to my daughter and that really touched me. i'm already thinking about my next visit!

The hotel sits close to a tube station offering fast city access. the tower bridge is very close. Many key attractions are reachable on foot. there's a taxi rank easily accessible and a water taxi close by.

adequate stay but some issues arose

the room was small. it was difficult to move around with luggage. also, the shower gel and shampoo were diluted with water, not soap. it was a real disappointment and was like a cheap trick. i had to ask for replacements and it took a while. plus the bed was too firm. it was really uncomfortable to sleep on.

The location was ideal next to Tower Hill station. I checked in early because the staff told me which sections had rooms available. The iPad in the room made it easy to adjust settings. The downstairs area was perfect for downtime.

My room was very small and not very clean.
