CitizenM Tower of London has 370 rooms, each featuring wall-to-wall windows, square beds, and compact bathrooms with power showers. Rooms include air conditioning, heating, ironing facilities, complimentary toiletries, a sink, and an iPad. Guests can control room settings, including lights, blinds, curtains, temperature, TV, and radio channels via the room iPad or the citizenM app. All rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Connect devices via Chromecast. Guests can stream from their Netflix, Prime, or Disney+ accounts. Extra conveniences, like toothbrushes, ear plugs and sewing kits are available. Rooms also include laptop-friendly workspaces, premium bedding, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box, and parquet floors.

The hotel offers a hot and cold breakfast buffet with local treats and familiar items. Breakfast includes fruit, breads, pastries, cheeses, muesli, and hot items. Options for vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free diets are available.
