i found the sports area to be AMAZING!!! it had a wide variety of classes. the swimming pool was also very good and well-kept. the team working there was excellent.

i stayed for two nights. i found the check-in staff to be unhelpful. the family room was a standard size but felt cramped with two single beds on the floor. i thought the carpets were quite dirty and stained.

The swimming pool was nice and warm. It was big enough to accommodate families. My daughters enjoyed playing darts downstairs in the lobby. Most of the staff were friendly. Everyone was nice and smiley.

I found the room very hot when I got there. The windows only open an inch for safety. It was very hard to cool the room down quickly with the air con. The decor in the rooms feels a bit dated now. It needs modernizing.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I found them to go above and beyond. the pool was a great amenity, and the family changing area was particularly convenient. there was also plenty of parking available which was really appreciated! the atmosphere was generally nice and relaxed.

there wasn't a phone in the room, i couldn't call reception about the main light not working, and the sink plug was stuck. this meant having to wait until i was leaving to report it.
