convenient stay near the o2
helpful recommendation instant service good value
the reception team provided excellent service. i visited for a short stay to see friends and shop. staff members raisa and irfan were very polite and helpful offering local recommendations. raisa quickly provided an extra fan when my friend felt too hot. i would return for sure. the location is great and the value is good.
I noticed that the lifts weren't working during breakfast. Walking up to the 7th floor was difficult for my wife.

breakfast offered a good choice of items. i grabbed toast one morning but missed it another day because the breakfast time was too early. the lady working at the bar the night before also managed breakfast and she did very well

the staff, especially esther, were lovely and cute. reception staff members were professional and friendly. one staff admitted my room smelled of gas. a staff member confirmed the smell was intense.

the room was a nice size and very clean and tidy. my room had a kettle for coffee and tea. the room was simple and clean. a fan was supplied.

friendly staff helpful staff dirty room needed wash
The staff were very friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to say hello when we passed. It was a pleasure to stay here for the night while enjoying a concert at the O2.
The room was very small and dirty. The carpets looked like they needed a wash. It seemed like a rip-off for one night!

super stay near the o2!
clean room yummy choices friendly staff available parking
my room was properly cleaned. the breakfast had many choices i found quite yummy. staff was so friendly and helpful, i felt so welcomed. parking spaces were available without problems.
i noticed a little dust near the window in my room. it wasn't a big deal, but i thought i'd mention it, though.

my room included a useful iron with ironing board for clothing. i noticed the television had many channels. the beds were made neatly each day by housekeeping i noticed.

underwhelming experience
cramped room weak water pressure
The room felt cramped. It was barely enough space to move around. The WORST part was the shower. The water pressure was so weak that it was almost unusable. i ended up taking a very quick, unsatisfying shower each morning because of it.
