early morning noise inadequate soundproofing
The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked questions about the city.
The noise started early each morning (around 6:30 AM). I also found the soundproofing to be inadequate as there was noise from the street audible late into the night.

convenient location light rail easy access
I found the location convenient. The light rail stop right outside was very helpful. The shopping mall across the street offered easy access to necessities. Circular Quay was also within a comfortable walking distance.
The street and air conditioning noise was a bit more than I expected.

The apartment included a washing machine and a dryer. This was quite suitable for longer stays. A tv was available in both the lounge and bedroom. The sofa was also comfortable (a plus after a long day).
I found the restaurant service quite poor. Breakfast involved long waits. Refills were never communicated or legitimate.

convenient location short walk useful kitchen
I appreciated the convenient location, right on the light rail line. Wynyard station was also only a short walk. The room was spacious. I also found the kitchen useful for preparing meals.
The gym equipment needed some updating though, I think.

Breakfast offered a decent selection of hot and cold items. The restaurant staff were attentive. I observed that the breakfast area was well kept. There were also many dining options within walking distance.
