A Nice Stay

The room was fine and provided every possible extra. I loved that the location is central. It seemed like a true escape from the city. There was live music every night, a definite plus for creating a vibrant atmosphere.

The water in the room came with an extra charge. I declined to pay the accommodation service charge as I felt the room was already quite expensive. The added extras felt a bit excessive.

The room was spacious. The mini bar was well stocked with a good variety of drinks and snacks. The skincare products provided in the room were a really nice extra touch. I found the location very convenient. The Bank tube station is directly across the street.

It was not possible to book a spa day in advance.

The hotel has multiple restaurants. I tried the Italian and the steak house. Both had great food. Breakfast was available in three restaurants until 11:30. The vault is worth visiting to admire its original features.

The street outside the hotel closed every evening, so getting a taxi or Uber was difficult.

The room was small. the bathroom lacked counter space though it looked nice. i also noticed the music downstairs was very loud. It made it hard to relax before bed, and earplugs didn't help much! it was annoying.
