i found the staff helpful. the concierge gave excellent restaurant recommendations. breakfast included great choices. i appreciated the perfect location both for business and seeing attractions. the room felt quiet and i found it well appointed. i had no issues .
the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. this meant the room fogged up after showering. the reception was informed. the problem was not fixed . it was inconvenient.

Wonderful Stay in Fashion District!

The hotel's location is unbeatable. I found myself steps away from luxury boutiques and within easy walking distance of the Duomo. The breakfast was really delicious and delicate, with a great, healthy selection. I was also impressed by the friendliness of the hotel staff, who were always ready and willing to help me with anything I needed.
I experienced a small issue with the room. Specifically, the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable (showers and other sounds).

The location is central for high-end shops and restaurants. I could walk everywhere, including a ten minute walk to the Doumo. The room suited my needs well with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Room cleaning happened both in the morning and evening.
