The metro station was very close. It made traveling around the area easy. The room was spacious. The lobby and bar areas offered great spaces to relax with family.

The room I booked seemed quite small! It felt very simple considering the hotel's rating. There was no bathtub, though the reservation mentioned one.

The breakfast staff provided excellent service. the staff in the breakfast room were fantastic! such excellent service. the hotel is definitely recommendable. A new metro line is just outside.

The entrance hall had a beautiful design. the breakfast dining room included tablecloths on each table. the bed was large and very comfortable. the room was also quiet. It was a lovely large and spacious room.

convenient location easy access helpful staff lacking education old furniture internal courtyard

i found the location convenient for accessing metro stations. getting to the airport was easy with no train changes. the staff helped us with nearby restaurant options (i had my favorite dinner there).

the receptionist lacked education when i asked about the room temperature. maybe they were having a bad day at home. it feels like they forget the guests are paying their salary. the room's furniture looked old and faced an internal courtyard.
