I found the hotel is in a great location, it is very easy to reach restaurants. The tram is close, that is a great thing. The area is trendy with lots of attractions. I liked the hotel is super clean and cozy too.
Sound isolation was not effective in the room, and noises from outside were easily heard during the night. This made the room very noisy.

The staff promptly fulfilled all requests. The sauna was awesome and the rooftop patio was excellent. I also appreciated the snacks provided in the lobby. The hotel provided extra coffee pods and water which I found very helpful. the hotel provides drinks and snacks in the afternoon for free. The location is great as it is along a canal with many cafes. It is close to the rail station and trams.
I noticed some signs of wear and tear in the room, indicating it could use some updating. The bathroom's scent was slightly off, but nothing major.

Staff members booked taxis and were very entertaining. The front desk granted my late check-out request without any problems. I found this flexibility particularly helpful. I appreciated their kindness.

i found the location ideal, close to many restaurants and bars. the metro was also within walking distance. the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable (exactly what i needed after a long day). i appreciated the attentiveness of the staff.
the air conditioning wasn't adjustable in the room, a bit too warm for my liking. i prefer a cooler environment for sleeping. i could not adjust it myself.

Check-in proceeded smoothly and was just PERFECT. The room, a Superior Double Room, was large, clean, and quite comfortable. The staff were all polite and helpful.

The hotel's location next to the canal provided easy access to many restaurants and the Saturday market. I stayed for several nights. The room had AMAZING amenities. The breakfast each morning offered fresh ingredients. I found the afternoon drinks at the bar refreshing. The hotel staff from housekeeping to the front desk were pleasant.
