the location is super convenient near the train station. the staff was very cute upon arrival. i got an upgrade to a higher floor. there were many restaurants nearby, and a handy grocery store was just a short walk away.
it caused a slight delay during peak times.

the front desk staff offered a free upgrade to a junior suite. this upgrade was for my fiance's birthday and i was grateful. ali also provided a complimentary late check-out extension until 1 pm. i really appreciate the warm hospitality.
the soundproofing was poor. i clearly heard other guests showering. noisy guests above kept voices children running and general late-night activity until nearly 1 a.m.

the breakfast offered a good mix of food, that was really nice. jezza, a staff member, greeted us with a smile every morning. the breakfast staff were lovely and the good service made for a great start to the day.

the receptionist allyson was very warm and cute. she gave great advice on places to visit. she even showed us the room personally and arranged an upgrade for us. the happy hour offering in the lobby was a nice touch, especially after a long day.
It was only suitable for two people with luggage at once, so waiting was necessary
