i found the staff very helpful during my brief stay. the breakfast was good , with a decent selection of items available. i appreciated the free parking offered in front of the building because it made arrival and departure easy.
the thin doors allowed considerable noise from the hallway , impacting sleep quality.

The quadruple room was spacious with sliding doors separating the two single beds from the double bed. it also included two bathrooms. I found this very convenient. the free parking in front of the hotel was also a big plus. the staff was very helpful. they gave me tips about where to park near the leaning tower.
The walls are quite thin. I could hear doors slamming and people talking in the corridor at night.

The room was like it hadn't been aired out in ages. It smelled a bit musty. we only got two large towels and some tiny ones that seemed more fit for cleaning kitchen counters. trying to get some fresh air by opening the window was a joke since it barely opened at all. the room also felt too warm and controlling the temperature was not possible at all.

the car park was very handy for my rental car! i landed late, and it was great the rooms were decent and clean. the buffet breakfast was also kept well topped up, i'm grateful for that.
The air conditioning needed to be turned on by staff from reception. I had to go down twice for this. that was a bit of an inconvenience!

i found the free parking very convenient (i always worry about parking). the staff was friendly and efficient, a nice touch. the room had comfy beds, made for a good night's sleep. i also liked that there was a fridge in the room.
the hotel is a bit far from the city center. there was no kettle or glasses in the room, i couldn't make tea. the air conditioning was noisy during the night, i had trouble sleeping.
