Excellent airport stay

The room had blackout curtains. beds were comfortable. i got to the hotel quickly after picking up my bags from the terminal. breakfast was good and reasonably priced. It was 25 sgd on special. staff members were friendly and efficient.
the interior felt a bit dated. i could hear noise from the corridor early in the morning, families and children were running and shouting.

I stayed for a few nights. Check-in was easy and efficient , the staff ensured a smooth process. The room was well-appointed with tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast included many options. Getting to the city was convenient.
I found the hours for some food services limited considering the hotel caters to passengers arriving at all hours.

I found the outdoor pool area quite beautiful with tropical plants. The Alora restaurant was also very nice for both dinner and breakfast (the pastries were really good!).
The air conditioner was quite loud, so I had to switch it off. After I did, I could then hear planes for some time. I didn't get as much sleep as i wanted to (it was a pity!).

i arrived at the hotel and was immediately impressed by the seamless connection to the terminal. the staff at reception was very efficient. the hotel offered a very convenient access to the Jewel shopping center. the onsite restaurant provided tasty food options, made dining easy.
the air conditioning was difficult to adjust correctly, and i struggled a bit to find the ideal temperature.

The hotel is directly connected to Terminal 3, offering a very short walk from the customs area. Access to Jewel Changi is very easy. This location made my transit smooth.

The staff at check-in was friendly and efficient, SO the process was quick. Staff was polite. The concierge was helpful with directions and information about local attractions.

The outdoor pool is FABULOUS and great for travellers. It includes lounge chairs and shaded sections. The gym contains treadmills and stationary bikes. A smoking area is accessible on level 3.

the location was acceptable, right inside terminal 3 of the airport.
the ROOM seemed old. the tv remote did not work. i asked for help but nobody came to fix it, resulting in me not being able to watch anything.

The breakfast was fine, offering a decent start to the day before traveling again.
The room seemed older than expected. I noticed the amenities were not what I would anticipate from a five-star hotel. The layout gave the impression of a mix between a large business hotel and a city hotel, but not quite as luxurious.
