The Golden Lion is a traditional English pub decorated with commemorative shields from the QE2's ports of call, serving drinks and snacks and broadcasting live sports. The Crystal Bar serves pre-show and post-show beverages and snacks.

Guests can take a tour with Peter Warwick, who worked on board for six years. The Golden Lion shows live sports events, including football, cricket, and Formula 1 racing. The hotel also offers a swimming pool and gym. Every Sunday, Queen's Grill serves roasts, including Wagyu Beef Rib Eye, Rolled Lamb Leg, and Classic Roast Chicken.
