The apartment was spacious with a good layout. It was convenient for my family. the size was sufficient. the furniture felt solid. everything was clean.
The staff asked for a cash deposit. they did not accept debit cards, and claimed they lacked a refund option. i had to find an atm to withdraw cash. This was inconvenient

the rooftop pool was quiet and nice. sun loungers were comfortable. the staff were friendly. abdullah was helpful, and i thank him for that. the one bedroom apartment was spacious. it was within a 15 minute walk to shops.
the kitchen tap leaked a bit. we had to wipe it constantly.

the location has convenient access to nearby attractions. supermarkets were also located close to the hotel. it made getting around easy. the place is very convenient to go everywhere.

the staff assisted with all requests with a smile. they helped with all my requests. staff consistently friendly and helpful. they were always attentive when needed. the service was smooth.

the breakfast had many options to choose. the staff greeted me with smiles always. i received a room upgrade and found the room very tidy. i will definitely return
i noticed some issues with appliance usage. i needed help with the washing machine. i think more detailed instructions in the room would be helpful
