The team provided helpful service throughout my stay. Valet service with Teny and Ali was efficient and friendly. They made everything smooth! The breakfast offers varied and tasty options. I enjoyed the restaurant and its authentic cuisine.
The temperature control beside the headboard was quite bright. I ended up covering it.

The valet team provided excellent service. Teny, the valet supervisor, was professional and helpful. He ensured everything went smoothly. Rodel in the driveway displayed amazing customer service skills. His personality was good. He is definitely an asset to the hotel.
The air conditioning was quite poor. There was no bidet in the bathroom after using the toilet. I found this inconvenient! The hotel should address this quickly.

my stay went wonderfully. the rooms spacious and the design felt very considered. the free shuttle to the large shopping center proved very convenient. every night, a chocolate was.

Zubair's housekeeping service was really good. He cleaned room 3813 thoroughly. It was maintained to a high standard . He proved to be very professional and courteous.
The hotel is too big. I waited six hours for my luggage. It needed to be transferred from check-in to my room. The 'Kitchen 6' restaurant was chaotic.
