relaxing vibepolite staffannoying lobbymissing water
the housekeeping team was nice. mohamas infas was polite and helpful. the arrangements in the room was aesthetically pleasing. it provides a relaxing vibe to the room for me.
the lobby is not at ground level. it is annoying and not convenient for me stopping to talk to staff. there wasn't bottled water in room when i arrived. i also requested an iron and ironing board.

The staff is lovely and very friendly. Apple at the front desk is kind. Tarek is a very good barber at the salon. The supermarket is efficient with deliveries. Mina helped me when I needed his help. Stephanie Zelaya is great at addressing housekeeping issues.
Workers stared and invaded my space. Noises continued from morning until midnight.

The hotel features multiple dining options. Irina, the manager at Filia, is helpful. Mohy manages S-Bar and is always attentive. Basith, the cashier at F-Mart, is very friendly.
