The room was not clean. The shower was disgusting and leaked, which I found unacceptable, and the air conditioning did not work well. I think Hilton should reassess this hotel's ability to use the brand name!

The breakfast included a lot of choices and tasted very good. it felt complete. the staff was warm and friendly. I appreciated that very much. it was nice to see planes landing, if you have kids they would love it.
i found the bedroom mattress old and soft. my back hurt, so i could not sleep well. the noise was persistent throughout the night. the doors were not sealed well.
this was our fourth time staying at this place before our vacation. the staff is really friendly and always willing to help. the shuttle service to the airport is so convenient i did not have to worry about transportation. it made our travel experience stress free
i noticed the parking fee was a little high but understandable given the location

This was my fourth time staying before a vacation flight. The staff is friendly! The shuttle to the airport is convenient. The breakfast buffet had a delicious and extensive spread. Raquel was hospitable and friendly, and she made my day start off well.
I think the hotel parking is a bit expensive, charging USD 53 dollars.
