quick access fantastic buffet helpful staff excellent quality
the location offers quick access to ifema. i found the breakfast and dinner buffet fantastic. the restaurant and staff were very helpful. i appreciated the excellent quality of the food, bread, and fruits.
The room air conditioning could not go lower than 21 degrees. This made the room warm.

The hotel was a quick ten-minute taxi ride from the airport. I found the location convenient, with Juan Carlos Park nearby for walks. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options, which suited various tastes (i liked their croissants).
I noticed the gym was on the smaller side.

efficient curtain complete breakfast
the beds felt super comfortable. the curtains in the room were very efficient, allowing me to sleep late!!! i also appreciated the very complete breakfast.
the location is far from any attraction, but the metro station is close.

clean hotel great location helpful staff amazing breakfast
The hotel was very clean! i noticed a great location near the airport and metro. A taxi cost only 20 euros. the super nice team when we arrived late, securing us a meal in the restaurant. the breakfast selection was amazing. It offered diverse options for everyone!!!
the room temperature was sometimes difficult to adjust.

The hotel has a well-kept pool area. I noticed it featured twenty loungers and a shaded section. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, perfect for a quick workout, i was happy to see they have it

the front desk staff was very kind and helpful. they provided quick responses to my requests and always had a smile. the breakfast buffet staff also offered excellent service, promptly assisting with seating arrangements and drink orders.
