I found the air conditioning switched off in the evenings. This made my room uncomfortably warm. There was also considerable noise transfer within the hotel. These issues detracted from what could have been a more restful visit. The beds are also small and there is no toilet brush.

i felt welcomed and well taken care of by everyone. the room was tidied daily. it was restocked with fresh towels (which is always nice after a shower) and shower necessities. i will definitely be coming back again. the supermarket nearby was super handy.

the room temperature was a little warm. there was no central air to keep the room consistently cool, i think they should consider this.

the hotel provides soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the bathrooms. there are hard floors throughout, which looked clean apart from the edges, and it is dog friendly. breakfast is served in the restaurant.

the staff were great and friendly (especially helpful with directions). the front desk promptly addressed an issue with the dog fee. staff called for assistance when there was a small misunderstanding in the breakfast hall.

The staff greeted me with sincere warmth. Maria's welcome was a radiant start to my stay. paola also showed genuine care. belin offered helpful advice about transport. it meant a lot to me.

It gave me a moment of concern. it shook slightly, though it was nothing major.
