The hotel sits beautifully by the water's edge, quite close to the bus stop, some restaurants, and museums. It proved quite convenient for exploring. the staff showed kindness and offered assistance readily which i found helpful and sincere. the afternoon waffles with coffee were a good and charming touch. breakfast became a cherished part of my day, a good start to explorations.
The room i had was small. The arrangement did not feel like the best use of space, though it sufficed. it was a minor drawback, not overwhelming the overall charm of my vacays.

friendly staff ideal breakfast faulty heater window gaps
The staff was really kind. They helped me with directions. breakfast was also ideal. it included everything i would want, like fresh fruit and a variety of breads.
The heater was not functioning, so the room was a bit cold. also, the room was not airtight. Wind entered through window gaps, uncomfortable.

The staff members were really helpful. I found their assistance wonderful! The free waffles and cookies each afternoon was like a sweet romantic treat. The hotel's location felt FANTASTIC as it was right next to everything!!!
After three days, I had to request that my room be cleaned. It then took a further 24 hours to happen. Only the bins were emptied and fresh towels and toilet paper were left. The used towels were not taken away. It was quite disappointing.

central location helpful staff breakfast variety complimentary waffles
I found the location really good, right in the heart of everything. the staff provided helpful assistance with directions and recommendations. the breakfast selection offered a great variety of options. i especially liked the complimentary waffles in the late afternoon. They were a tasty treat!!!
the room was a bit drafty, and the heating seemed somewhat inadequate. even with the heater on full blast, the room never felt completely warm.
