the location was great with easy access to sights and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. i found the bed comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. i was also able to securely store my bag before check-in.

the room was a bit small, making it difficult to move around with luggage.

The location was perfect. It's very central. the staff at the reception desk were available 24 hours a day. they were helpful and friendly to us. the airport bus stop is right outside the door.

The room wasn't that clean. I sometimes could smell the taco bell below the hotel.

the hotel is directly next to the tram. this makes getting to and from the airport easy. you can also quickly reach main attractions by tram or on foot. the rooms include shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board.

i arrived early but the staff were really nice and ensured my room was prepared. i grabbed a quick coffee nearby and had access to my room earlier. the staff were really nice every time i saw them.

the hotel is located centrally. the airport bus stop is just at the hotel exit, that was convenient. the rooms are clean and include everything needed, this.

the room was too small. there was not enough space to move around with the provided desk chair. the front desk did not offer a refund for the date change, though i asked.
