Each room features high-speed Wi-Fi and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. En-suite bathrooms include complimentary toiletries. Air-conditioning is included. DREAM beds are provided. Super king rooms include a bright and airy room with crisp white bed linen, an in-room safe, a mini fridge, Gilchrist & Soames toiletries, premium WiFi, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, a daily newspaper, an iron and ironing board, mineral water, biscuits and a selection of tea and coffees. Accessible rooms are available upon request, which include fully accessible bathrooms, including roll-in showers with additional handrails, lower sinks, lower towel rail, grab rails, shower seat and emergency cord. The hotel location is fantastic! i walked almost everywhere easily. the staff was very kind and helpful during check-in and check-out. they held onto my bags between my stays, very convenient. the room was clean. That was amazing!!!
The bedroom tv only had the basic channels. No netflix was available.

dusty shelvesunmade bed
the room wasn't as clean as i expected. i found dust on the shelves. staff only changed towels and cleaned the bathroom. the bed was not always made (and i found that very frustrating).
