The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was really clean. I noticed this immediately upon arrival. The on-site facilities are amazing and suit everyone.
The absence of a phone in the room was an inconvenience. I had to go to reception to request a travel cot. The distance from my room to the reception was quite far.

the room lacked some essential items I expected. There was no hairdryer in the room despite the listing saying there would be one. I asked reception about it and was told that they don't supply them in every room. The walls were thin I could hear everything going on outside my door.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I was happy with the selection. I found the staff to be very accommodating and helpful with directions. The hotel has a car park that costs £3 per day (a fair price, I think). The swimming pool access was £2, providing an affordable recreational option.
The arcade machines were not functioning correctly. Some was to take money without dispensing prizes.

I secured a room with included internet. The hotel has a good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room included all necessities for a short stay. The building is lovely and features plenty of areas to explore. I found the pool to be a great amenity .
I found the check-in process a bit slow, and there was a line at reception when I arrived. This minor inconvenience did not significantly impact my overall experience though.
