Acceptable, but Could Be Better

non-existent wi-fi cold room
The reception staff were alright nothing really good though.
The Wi-Fi was non-existent. I couldn't check emails. The room felt quite cold and drafty which wasn't exactly ideal and made it less enjoyable.
