I stayed one night before an early flight, and the proximity to the airport was very convenient. The transfer to the airport was quick and efficient at £8. Breakfast in the morning was a full buffet and cost £12. I found the staff pleasant.

The air conditioning was NOT working. It was stuffy. I called reception about it but they said it ran on a timer. the remote for the tv also didn't WORK. i'm FRUSTRATED that i couldn't control the temperature at all.

the reception staff was very helpful . i booked a double room. the room was quiet (which i appreciate). i used the shuttle to the airport (it cost £14 for a return trip).
the room needs updating. i found rust in the bath. the toilet door would not shut properly. the room itself was the worst i have ever stayed in.

the staff were very pleasant. i found the airport shuttle quick, cheap and convenient.
the rooms seemed dated, and cleanliness was questionable. my first room had a door lock that did not work, so i had to switch. a guest in the adjacent room kept trying the connecting door at various points late at night and early in the morning (annoying, to say the least).
