The lack of cleanliness was REALLY disappointing. The duvet had visible stains. It was unacceptable for the price I paid.

The staff was super friendly. I asked for extra towels and they brought them right away! the room was very clean and smelled great. they provided free coffee and tea all day, i LOVED that. the location made it easy for me to walk to times square and many shops.

The lobby was a little small when checking in. There wasn't much space for everyone waiting.

This hotel location is terrific, close to everything i wanted to see. the super nice team when i needed directions. i found the room to be very quiet at night, SO i slept great! the free breakfast was a nice touch. It had croissants, coffee, cheese and apples.
