the breakfast selection included eggs , potatoes , and various pastries , presenting MANY choices. The room was located on the 62nd floor , granting Lovely Midtown and downtown views. The bed proved very comfortable , assuring sound sleep and a refreshed awakening.

i encountered only a slight delay ON one occasion while waiting for an elevator.

the king studio was great it had a kitchenette i found very useful. the views from the room reached far across the area. the fitness center had good equipment i could use.

the sound insulation needs improvement i heard noises during the night.

the breakfast offered many options and food was replenished quickly even during busy times the staff managed the area well. complimentary ice cream was a nice touch. it was available in the afternoon.

staff responded quickly to requests for extra items. if i asked for more pillows i received them fast. hailing a taxi was also easy with assistance from the staff. they were always helpful

adequate stay, could be better

plastic cutlery constant noise

my stay weren't all roses. the breakfast was a bit of a letdown, i mean, plastic cutlery? seriously? it felt kinda cheap for what you pay. also, my room had this weird humming noise all night. i think it was the elevators, but it made sleeping a real challenge, like someone was playing a low note on a tuba next door. i had to try many things to drown out that noise.

Mediocre Stay with Elevator Issues and Unfulfilled Promises

elevator issue unfulfilled promise

The location was pretty good as it was near many attractions.

Elevator service was a major issue. I was stuck for nearly an hour on one of the upper floors because of the lack of working elevators. This is unacceptable for a building of this size. A front desk worker promised compensation but did not followed up with it, the emails were ignored. The lack of reliability is very disappointing.
