The location was certainly a plus, only a short walk to major attractions. the staff at the front desk were very helpful. They answered all my questions. breakfast in the adjacent pub was also good. I liked the atmosphere. i stayed five nights and had no major issues.
The air conditioning in my room sounded like an aircraft. It was quite loud. no drinking glasses were provided, inconvenient! the decor felt a bit outdated, and the carpets looked worn. i found these aspects detracted slightly from the overall experience.

the front desk staff, geoff and sophie, were super cute when i arrived late monday! they upgraded me to the liam neeson penthouse, i was so surprised! the suite was beautiful. jaheel at the bar was also very kind and encouraged me to check out the menu. he gave me water!
The restaurant could be cleaner. The menus felt sticky and the tables werent wiped down properly. i did find a nail clipping in my bed.

the room included a robe and umbrella, which i thought was a great touch. the bed was comfy. i found enough hangers in the closet, that is so rare!

i had breakfast one morning and it was beautiful! the pub downstairs had awesome irish music, i listened for over an hour when i arrived, that was really fun.

the staff was great! the location was convenient for getting around.
the room was much smaller than I expected. the furniture felt outdated, and the carpet had some stains, which gave the room an overall worn impression. also, the ac was quite loud and struggled to keep the room cool, i didn't sleep very well.
