Excellent Stay Experience
daylight bathroom lobby gathering space short walk
My room featured entire wall windows. It brought in much daylight, and a large bathroom was included. The lobby provided a gathering space, and areas allowed people to work. Walking to the subway took less than ten minutes from the premise.
The shower wasn't very clean. I saw some black mold.

The restaurant offers pizza and it was good for my daughter. Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby from 5 a.m. This is a good option if you are looking to get going early. It is easy to grab a cup before you head out.

The staff were nice and accommodating . Check-in was quick, and the guest service at the desk was nice. The manager was personable and checked with us to ensure we enjoyed our experience at the hotel.

My room was spacious. It had high ceilings and a city view with a balcony. The bathroom was elegant with a shower. The decor had a nice vibe and the hotel was generally clean, really appreciated.

inconsistent experience
thin walls excessive noise
the staff was helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.
the noise level was excessive due to thin walls I could clearly hear conversations from adjacent rooms this severely impacted my ability to rest adequately additionally the lack of sufficient soundproofing detracted from the overall sense of privacy the absence of proper insulation created a disruptive environment.

the location was perfect for visiting family. my room had an excellent size. the free coffee in the morning was also great.
the rooftop bar did not have a nice vibe. there was also super noisy ventilation on the 4th floor. i thought the walls were paper thin.
