fantastic stay before my flight!!!

The quick shuttle to the airport was AMAZING!!! front desk staff were friendly and efficient at both check-in and check-out. i found my king room to be very clean. the shuttle drivers were also very friendly and helpful. Their service eased my early morning travel.

The in-room coffee maker was a keurig. A nespresso would be better.

The staff showed genuine care and attention. the rooms were impressively clean upon my arrival, and cleanliness was maintained consistently throughout my stay. i was particularly charmed by the prompt and efficient shuttle service to the airport. It was easy.

i did find the in-room coffee options to be a tad limited.

the airport shuttle bus service was quick! i waited only about ten minutes. the bus driver was very helpful. i liked the harborside view a lot.

The concierge was very rude. He was on a personal phone call. i had to wait a long time. he told me to get my car and bring it to him, then walked back to his office. the parking was overpriced.
