Fantastic Stay!
comfortable beds super clean cleanliness excellent location
The room had two queen beds for my family. I found the beds very comfortable. The room was also spotlessly clean and the daily service was excellent. The location was indeed great!
Only two of the three lifts were working and waiting times were long.

superb location fresh fruit
The hotel boasts a superb location very close to attractions. The breakfast offered many yummy options. (i particularly enjoyed the selection of fresh fruit!).
the reception area seemed a little small for such a large hotel.

comfortable beds excellent cleanliness daily service
our family of four stayed in a beautiful two queen beds room. the beds were really comfortable though the room was not large. cleanliness was excellent plus daily room service was great. i would book this room type again next time.
the elevators had long waiting times in the morning. i waited over 20 minutes but could not catch a lift. lifts that came were full so i used the stairs.

the gym includes modern equipment with treadmills and stationary bikes. there are also vending machines available with a variety of beverages and snack options for convenient access. guests can easily maintain their routines.

long queue chaotic breakfast
The elevator situation was quite annoying. I often waited a long time. only a few elevators seemed to be working, it made getting to breakfast a real hassle. the breakfast itself, while decent, was very crowded, it felt a bit chaotic.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was clean and functional, with great shower pressure. i appreciated the location being close to various attractions.
the elevator wait times were long at times, it needed some improvements.

The beautiful king room included a fridge and a safe for storing valuables. Fresh towels were provided daily. the bed was large and comfortable. I rested very well . a great view complemented the room.

The hotel's location provided a short walk to times square. This made sightseeing easy. fifth avenue shops and central park were also accessible. I walked there with no issues. the area felt safe. I felt secure walking at night.

great location friendly staff
The hotel location is awesome. i was in town for a broadway show. Everything was walkable. the staff stored our luggage for free after checkout. The hotel is amazingly cute internationally.
the room facilities were very minimalist. there were no extras to. the drinking glasses were not changed in 3 days.

efficient processes great food water refill
the breakfast service was well organized, even with many guests. i appreciated the efficient processes during the busy morning. the food was amazing!!! i also found water refills at the gym on level c. the water pressure on level 25 was acceptable too.
the distance to the subway was a bit far.
