The hotel location is awesome. i was in town for a broadway show. Everything was walkable. the staff stored our luggage for free after checkout. The hotel is amazingly cute internationally.

the room facilities were very minimalist. there were no extras to. the drinking glasses were not changed in 3 days.

the breakfast service was well organized, even with many guests. i appreciated the efficient processes during the busy morning. the food was amazing!!! i also found water refills at the gym on level c. the water pressure on level 25 was acceptable too.

the distance to the subway was a bit far.
