clean facility friendly staff booked room refund process
The facility felt so clean, from the main entrance to the elevators. Hallways were very clean. The room itself was super clean. Staff showed themselves so friendly, and I see them accommodating too. I not liked daily housekeeping, so the housekeeping staff honored my request.
I believe the hotel did not provide the booked room initially. The manager then told me that the price for the first night was a considerable amount. The hotel must return the difference.

convenient location good size room modern bathroom faulty room keys long lines small reception
the hotel was picked because it was close to Times Square, it did not disappoint. the subway is only a few steps away, this is perfect for traveling. my room, a king room, was also a good size and clean. the bathroom were really modern with a very good shower. they also had good quality toiletries.
the room keys i got would let me up the elevator, but not into the room. this happened on several occasions . i also think that the lines on level 11 was too long. check in took forever and the reception area is to small.

very nice location helpful staff comfortable bed
the hotel location was Very nice! the staff were very kind and helpful. the rooms were clean and modern. i found the king bed super comfortable, i slept like a baby!
the hotel didn't explain breakfast credits well. i thought it was included, but it was a food credit. next time, i would clarify this right away at check-in.

The gym offers three treadmills, three peloton bikes, and free weights, providing adequate equipment for a workout. i noted it is rather small. bathroom facilities are not directly adjacent, this requires a short walk.

the hotel is situated steps from a subway, simplifying transportation around the city. it's a few steps from times square, perfect for experiencing that area. this central positioning supports easy exploration.

mixed feelings about a times square stay
street noise small sink
my stay had issues. the room lacked soundproofing i could hear street noise late at night. also the bathroom design was impractical the sink was too small and lacked counter space. i found it difficult to manage toiletries i needed more space.
