Lotte New York Palace has Palace guest rooms and suites, with Hästens beds. The Towers, on the top 14 floors, have upgraded amenities. Palace Signature Suites have St Patrick's Cathedral views, an oversized living room with a dining table seating eight, a wet bar, and a marble bathroom. Skyview Suites offer a master bedroom with a bath and walk-in closet, a library, a gym, an entertainment room, a living room, an office, a dining room, and a kitchen. Select three-floor penthouse suites include a Peloton bike and treadmills in a private fitness room with Manhattan skyline views. The Jewel Suite features a two-story chandelier, a mirrored dining room for ten, and a terrace hideaway with a wood-burning fireplace and a stone spa.

VILLARD restaurant serves New American breakfasts and brunches. Breakfast is available Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM and Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The location is EXCELLENT. It is just a block away from 5th Avenue. Shopping is within walking distance. The staff was wonderful. The door staff and bell staff. The coffee shop is in the hotel, SO I did not need to walk outside.

i requested an early check in on two occasions. the reservations specialist even told me they would try to have my room ready by 1 pm. the woman at check in when i arrived at 2:45 pm told me the room was not ready. SHE was not helpful in telling me when the room would be ready.

the hotel is located near major attractions like st patrick's cathedral and rockefeller center i could easily walk to broadway shows from there the room was well-appointed with thoughtful touches i found the bed comfortable ensuring restful nights the service was wonderful especially at the front desk it was attentive and responsive.

i noticed the absence of a coffee maker in the room it required a trip to the lobby for coffee impacting morning convenience slightly.

The gym is large for a city hotel. I found it particularly useful. The lobby presents a very nice ambiance. My room was a Tower Suite and I was kinda surprised by its size. The room condition was good too.

The hotel did not provide bottled water in the room. It was available for purchase at the gift shop, which i found inconvenient.
