perfect location and great service
complimentary champagne great location excellent breakfast fast elevator
i really valued the complimentary champagne sent to our room. it was such a thoughtful gesture celebrating our anniversary! the hotel's location near attractions helped save money on transportation. i also found the breakfast offerings excellent, with a wide variety of options. the elevator service felt fast, even from the 22nd floor.
I could have used a bit more privacy in the bathroom. The design offered limited separation.

The room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. There was floor-to-ceiling glass window with fantastic views. the room included a modern television and reliable climate control. the bed was comfortable with quality linens.

the lobby was large and luxurious, it created a cute atmosphere for all guests! the breakfast area was very clean with attentive staff, and there was decaf coffee available. the hotel provided convenient access to public transportation.

The hotel location is super convenient. it is near several key attractions. the breakfast was excellent. The options were very varied. i also loved the fast elevator service!
The bathroom doors were not private at all! they were made of opaque glass, i could see silhouettes. also, there was a large gap around the barn-style door. i was also very frustrated that they would not give me a third bottle of water. They wanted me to buy it! it was a small thing but it started my stay off on a negative note!

The location was central. It provided easy access to many attractions. The provided breakfast offered lots of choices, restocking frequently. the staff provided speedy housekeeping service to all rooms.

super friendly staff comfortable beds great showers
the hotel is very close to various restaurants. the front desk staff were super friendly. the beds were really comfortable and the showers were great!
the coffee machine did not work properly, it was disappointing
